Our Return Policy

return_policyCustomer satisfaction is very important to Shar’s Hair and our main priority is to ensure that our customers receive high quality units that are carefully inspected prior to shipping to make sure they meet our customer’s specifications and meet our High Quality Standards.

Our prices are Low and in order to keep our prices Low we do not offer Returns or exchanges. The only time we offer a exchange or store credit is if there was an error made on our part, If this is the case contact us immediately within 24hrs of receipt of your Lace Wig. In order to be eligible for an exchange on your stock lace wig, Your Wig MUST meets these MANDATORY requirements:

    1. DO NOT CUT, DYE OR ALTER THE LACE.
    2. DO NOT COMB, BRUSH OR WASH.
    3. DO NOT CUT OR STYLE THE HAIR.
    4. DO NOT TRY ON OR WEAR THE WIG.
    5. DO NOT APPLY GLUE, TAPES OR ADHESIVES TO THE LACE.
    6. IN IT'S ORIGINAL PACKAGING.
    7. RETURN IN THE SAME CONDITION IT WAS SHIPPED.

You MUST be pre-authorized for an exchange. Please contact us immediately within 24 hours after receipt of your Lace Wig.

IMPORTANT NOTE: We will not send out a new wig until we receive, inspect, and approve the original wig which MUST meet the MANDATORY requirements above. All sales are final on Custom Lace Wigs. Custom lace wigs are designed to meet the customer's own specifications. We do not offer returns or exchanges on a Custom lace wig unless there was an error made on our part, such as wrong color, Length or texture. If there was an error on our part, the customer may get another custom lace wig made to their specifications; exchange it for a stock Lace Wig unit of equal or lesser value.

Upon meeting above criteria, contact Shar's Hair Customer Care and obtain a return authorization. Again, customers must request a return authorization within mentioned days above from the delivery date of the goods. The returning goods must be shipped out within three business days since the issuance of return authorization. The returns and exchanges must accompany all returning goods with the original invoice and a completed Return Form. For refused package(s) by customers, we will credit the total amount less shipping cost, and may charge 15% for restocking fee.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY FOR STOCK WIGS AND HAIR UNITS

Shar’s Hair makes every attempt to represent stock wigs and hair units accurately so that customers will be happy with their purchases. However in a few instances, customers may receive a unit and decide it is not right for them and wish to return it. In these cases, we will issue store credit, minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping charges, that can be applied to any future purchase of equal or lesser value. Cash refunds will not be issued.
IMPORTANT! Customers should try on human wigs and hair units upon receipt and examine them closely. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with the unit, you must email us at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it within 48 hours upon receipt of the wig or hair unit for a return authorization from Shareatha. After authorization is given, package must be postmarked no later than 5 business days from that time. Packages postmarked later will be rejected and returned to you. If wigs and hair units do not conform to the conditions stated below, they will be returned to you and store credit is not applicable. NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
